Restoration job
This newly built house was entirely stripped of its stucco and sheathing due to severe water damge. The windows were all removed in order to start the rebuilding of the house. After we dried out the soaked framing the entire house was spray foamed, new sheathing was installed, windows were re- installed and new Hardi panels were put on.
New Siding
Rather then finishing the house with stucco it was decided to use Hardi panels with a rain screen.
